The post at first did come off to me as though I should be admonished for "needing a pep boost." I have not had coffee in close to 10 years and do not consume caffeine at all. I have been extremely frustrated lately because I really do need a boost in the AM and in the PM and also sometimes I need something to drink which has flavor and electrolytes. My body cannot tolerate HFCS/Sweetners/or Caffeine. I also don't have time to make a hot tea drink. Do you have any suggestions on readily sold drinks which can have the same pep/boosting effect of coffee/caffeine but are IBS compatible?
