If I were you I would try a small dose like 1/2 a pill every day and see if that it to much or not enough and go from there. I haven't used immodium in awhile cause I switched to lomotil 2pills once in the morning and I am good all day. The other meds you mentioned I have no idea about. I take Librium for my anxiety.
