This weekend every time this skinny b****hy gal I know saw me I was eating and she finally remarked on it. I felt like a big fat pig! But anyway I have to eat often or I'll get the pain like you describe. I try to remind myself that it is better for you to eat that often and it raises the metabolism. I used to keep plain pretzels in my desk to help. But I find even a hard candy like gingins can help. -------------------- IBS-A for 20 years with terrible bloating and gas.
