No idea about what you mean by the purple box. If it's the one with vitamin D in it then milk alternatives also have that added n. However from what I've heard toxicity levels for vit D are way above the RDA so you could take the calcium with added vit D.

Also did you see my rely to your food for the day question. basic conclusions were don't suddenly increase your SFS dose. Your not eating enough and what you did eat had very little SF. Also I would be wary of the soy as it can cause gas in some people. Lays and the baked corn chips are highish in fat and shouldn't be eaten on a empty stomach and when their eaten do it with a SF food.

Finally if your taking align it has caused some people on the boards to get worse before they got better. If your search align on the board search engine you'll find out more
