Yes, I have seen unhealthy vegans, along with very healthy vegans. I have never heard the one about soy and gay boys. That is a new one for me.
Face it, every counsel out there is going to promote info for their product and against all others...that is just the way it is. Meat, dairy, corn, soy, etc., you will have this with them all.
I avoid all soy in general, not because of a counsel, but because I feel it is the healthy way to go.
