I recently stopped using Benefiber for a week and Acidiphillus for 11 days as a prep for my Bacterial Overgrowth Test (which I ended up having to cancel!).
I restarted it a couple of days ago.
Since then I have noticed that I have felt more bloating/swelling/distension and occasional some bladder/low groin aches.
I wanted to know if I jumped back in to quickly. I went back to my regular dosage of -6 tsps of Benefiber per day -2 Acidiphillus pills per day
I didn't think this would be a problem since I was not off these too long. Anyway...I wanted to know if this could be to blame for my symptoms and if I should change the dosage and more gradually ease back in? If so...any suggestions?
