I was wondering what other peoples timeframes are , after a attack, that you would declare yourself stable. Usually, I notice my movements seem "normal" after a 4-5 days or so. But I'm wondering should I be more cautious for a while longer. Does more time necessarily increase stability?
That is, do you get _more_ stable, the further away you get from your last attack?
I'm having problems with getting knocked off track by things that I didn't used to have a problem with, so I've been having to do a LOT of things by trial and error. For example, just having a bowl of kashi cereal yesterday morning, made me almost have an attack this morning. I think if it wasnt for some anti-spasm drugs, the heating pad, and the fact that i've been using a better fiber supplement ( fibercon seems to be working way better than metamucil for me ), if it wasnt for all that it would of been waaay worse.
But yet, a couple months ago I used to eat that same cereal all the time, and was nice and regular.
Is it just too soon?
