It is about the only thing I can tolerate (milk sub wise) I can't do soy milk! I like almond milk, but I can't find it here. I have made my own, but I just don't have the time! Try the rice milk! It's great for drinking and it's kinda sweet. Not as thick as soy either. I only use soy for cooking! HTH! -------------------- IBS-C, Gas, Bloating, HURTING! I'm married and it's so wonderful!
