colonoscopy       06/04/09 04:44 PM Edit Reply Quote kathchi Reged: 06/04/09 Posts: 1 i use the acacia tummy fiber daily and it has helped. i am scheduled for a colonoscopy and the instructions say no metamucil for a week prior. since metamucil is an OTB alternative for the tummy fiber, i wonder if the instruction applies to acacia tummy fiber too? it's bad enuf having the procedure and the prep, but a week without my acacia fiber is even more upsetting. anyone know if they are close enuf to the same that i'll have to stop?
