dizzy and sick       06/01/09 09:17 PM Edit Reply Quote Unregistered I was wondering if getting really dizzy and sick can be part of ibs? I ate nothing bad all day,then on an empty stomach,I ate a grilled chicken with mayo and onions from mcdonalds,I know REALLY bad,but please I'm really suffering. could having tight knots and messed up ibs then eating and feeling sick like that be what is wrong?
