There are recipes on the Recipe Board for IBS safe mac and cheese. There is also a recipe for mock tomato sauce that you may be able to use to make spaghetti and pizza.
Most of what I cook has onions or garlic or both in it. If you weren't following Heather's guidelines what would you be eating other than mac and cheese?
