If you live in the U.S. wheat being one of the top 8 allergens has to be listed in the ingredient list. I spent the last year reading labels for wheat since I thought I was gluten intolerant but now believe its just ibs after all since removing gluten didn't change anything for me. Some names that also means wheat that come to mind is Spelt, Semolina, Triticale, Kamut, Graham Flour, Durum, Wheat grass (can sometimes still have the seeds) Bulgar, & Brewer's yeast.
