I not only have constipation/bloating.diarrhea.first I,ll be constipated maybe too times an then comes the diarrhea.after 2 times with the diarrhea.then I,m fine for the rest of the day.I can go 2 days with out even going.then we are back to the c&d again.I take 1tbs two times a day of Acacia.is all IBS like this.Gerry10 -------------------- Neta G.Yale Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
