Will you be my personal nutritionist?  You are very knowledgeable about all of this.
I ate chinese food today (chinese vegetables which is mostly broccoli). I took bean-o before and ate some white rice first. And I am not bloated like I usually am! Usually when I eat the chinese veggies, I get so gassy! I think the bean-o really helped!
Ok, so I found the Digestive Advantage in Wal-Mart for the first time. I got it. Do you think it will help me out any? I have had a bad last two weeks, but today, it's finally evening out some.
Have you tried the digestive advantage? Do you think it would work? I'm so curious, but it says it will cause gas and bloating the first couple of days. I guess you have to get adjusted to it, Lord knows I don't need anymore gas; I tend to run the dog out of the room! lol
