Seems like whenever i take oil based products...flax, fish, etc it causes GI spasms and makes my stools thin and exacerbates my constipation. I am having a hemmorhoid surgery and will need to keep my stools soft and the doc mentioned that he will be putting me on mineral oil Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
