Trapped gas ... need help desperately!       04/02/09 09:56 AM Edit Reply Quote Melizzard Reged: 04/02/09 Posts: 1 Hi Everyone, I'm new here and have been using the Acacia fiber for about a month now. I "think" I have been experiencing IBS, but am not totally sure ... I have been having really painful intestinal spasms (small intestine) and sometimes have diarrhea (the past few days) and sometimes constipation. Along with that, I have horrible trapped gas that is not moving out or being absorbed. This is causing me to look slightly pregnant and I don't know how to get it gone! Does anyone here have any suggestions? I'm getting really desperate because it's right below my stomach which causes heartburn and other discomfort ... Thanks so much!
