We can only help you so much with suggestions for diet, excercise, supplements, etc. Julie, I really think you need to talk to someone. You seem to be in alot of psychological turmoil, which is beyond our capabilities to help you with. There are numbers in the US that you can call to get help and talk to someone, when you are in this state of mind, but I don't know about the UK. You have got to get your head together before you can get your body together. Sometimes, all we can do is listen.
Also, I know that you are seeing one of the best docs in the world for IBS. You are fortunate, there. So, LISTEN to everything that he tells you to do.
