Re: What kind of bread do you eat?       02/21/09 07:29 PM Edit Reply Quote Little Minnie Reged: 04/16/04 Posts: 4987 Loc: Minnesota I get an Italian style loaf called Italian Peasant Bread from a brand called New French Bakery. It is at most groceries in this state. I have the bakery slice it for me. It is one of those not totally baked kind but we always toast our bread anyway. If the Italian Peasant is all gone I get a square sourdough loaf or the other Italian style loaf called Pugliese and have it sliced. I like these peasant breads because they aren't totally white, but are SF enough to be safe. -------------------- IBS-A for 20 years with terrible bloating and gas. On the diet since April 2004.
