I agree that you need to up your protein. It really does stave off hunger. There is a lot of misinformation out there that makes people think they need tons of protein, that isn't so, but some each meal is a necessity. If you can handle soy milk vs rice milk that will make a more satifying breakfast, but egg whites would be even better. Try a banana with PB on it, luna bars and fake protein stuff like Boca burgers etc. or lunch meat.
I also am hungry alot and am trying to up protein. I tend to not really desire it and I'm a vegetarian which makes it harder.
