I don't take it all of the time. Usually only in the autumn until the about this time of year. I stop last week. Bio-K contains the probiotic lactobacillus acidophilus and casei which have not been shown to have any effect on IBS. It cannot hurt to take with the Align. Some people experience more gas than others. I experienced very little. I suspect it is an individual thing and that you will not know how much it affects you until you start taking it.
