Yes, you are right that too much of it can cause liver issues, but you are within the daily "allowances" of recommended dosage. I'm not sure about long-term effects of taking it on a regular basis and that is something you should ask your doctor. It is also disturbing to me to read that you have headaches on a somewhat regular basis. Is your doctor aware of that?
