Interesting. I actually forgot to mention that I always put rasberries or blueberries (only five or six) in my oatmeal each morning before I cook it (hopefully making it safer). Last night I had minestrone soup at Olive Garden and today I went to the bathroom (it wasn't D, but not well formed really either). So maybe that is right. I often have some almond butter at lunch, but I have decided lately that it makes me bloated (but maybe thats the fat not the IF). I do eat tomato sauce (no fat) from Whole Foods sometimes. Even so, you definitely could be on to something. At least that is something new to try. What are some insoluble fibers that are more safe? I like corn but I think that might be one of the worst things? Maybe I'll try peas?
