My opinion... that is what IBS is about. You don't have to change your diet for your gut to get spasmy and cause thin stools. It is most likely a stress sort of thing. When my gut changes into a new worse cycle, I up my fiber and tea intake, exercise more if possible and go back to basics with my easiest to digest foods.
Alternatively, sometimes suppplements and diet changes will have a great reaction but one that is only temporary. It could be that the supplements you are on aren't really going to work for you. Sorry to be honest.
