Pain when awake in the morning       12/27/08 08:17 PM Edit Reply Quote TeresaLouise Reged: 11/29/06 Posts: 147 Hi, With IBS-C, is it common to have intestinal pain shortly after waking, even before eat breakfast? It seems like when my special needs daughter, who is nonverbal, wakes up, that peristalis starts up even before eating and she starts having intestinal cramping/spasms right away.
