The lady on that particular site took a tablet with each meal. According to her, each preceding tablet would help with your next meal. I don't know how true that is, but it does work for me. If I feel my stomach bubbling/gurgling @ night, then I will take a pill when I take my Acacia fiber. I feel that it helps me, but I am not a doctor so please check with yours first.
