I thought why not try it. I usually take it with a meal. Or sometimes, I take it before bed. Calcium is constipating so if you do flip towards C then watch your dosage. I believe it states on the bottle to take with meals, however I have done it both ways. If my stomach is feeling "bubbly", I may take (3) a day. I base it on how my stomach feels on any given day. I really admire you and to be honest, I don't know how you do it. To be a teacher and really "stuck" in the classroom, I don't know how you have not had an accident.
