I didn't know what librax was until I just looked it up online. I see that it contains lactose and since I'm lactose intolerant I suspect it wouldn't be good for me.

I've been prescribed Xanax (0.5 MG) and that works pretty well in calmimg me down. It unfortunately also makes me somewhat drowsy so I don't want to drive while I'm taking it.

Emotionally, it is quite beneficial for me to read that others here have the same anxieties as I, so thanks for sharing your story.
