It's probably not overkill...my only concern would be with taking all of that, how will you know what is working and what isn't? You may or may not need to take all of that, but you won't know what is working for you and what isn't. Does that make sense?

Also, yes the triggers can be like that. I am exactly that way. I never know from one day to the next, so it is very confusing and frustrating. It does boggle the mind when one day, I can eat a cucumber with no problem, and then the next week, BAM, big problem. It is very confusing to me as to why this happens. I mean, you would think once a problem, always a problem. Kind of like if you were allergic to some food, now that would be a problem all the time. It makes no sense to me at all.

I guess if you mainly stick to the diet, you would be better off.
