I keep those in my purse I eat the brown sugar ones and I can eat the bananas ones too. Pretzels Melba toast and Im also ok with cinnamon raisin bagel chips they also make them in plain and garlic Baked ruffles New indulgence is toffuti ice cream in almond bark thats all they sell at my publix and I LOVE it.. I feel like Im totally eating the wrong thing. Oh and I can have graham crackers/ cinnamon ones too.. -------------------- IBS C Mostly .. More stable than ever Since being on the IBS diet!
