Organic Rice & Shine is this ok?       11/13/08 11:01 AM Edit Reply Quote emmasmom Reged: 09/22/06 Posts: 1710 Loc: ILL I found this at the hfs and I was wondering if its safe for breakfeast or a snack the ingridents say Organic Brown Rice Grits. I didn't know if it would be safe for breakfeast or a snack with some if fruit or some sf fruit or would I need some more sf with this?
