I should be honest and say I recently switched from flaxseed to Salba (ground chia seeds) on my oatmeal - can't really tell any difference. And I am doing/taking about a zillion things for IBS so hard to tell what works, esp. as am not stable. So really, why listen to me -------------------- IBS-C, lots of spasm and trapped gas.
