And if I am going out for dinner, I'll take two to account for the generally higher-fat restaurant way of cooking things and the larger portion I might eat than I do at home. My question is when to take them. I take them at the beginning of my meal, along with one or two Beano. But my naturopath tells me I should take it at the end of the meal.
