Most foods contain SF and IF. Generally speaking only SF supplements contain only SF.

White has about 1.4 gr IF and 0.3 grams SF per 100 grams dry weight. Brown rice has about 4.3 grams IF and 1.4 grams SF per 100 grams. However, cooked white and brown rice contains about 2 grams of resistant starch per 100 grams which is a functional fiber that acts like SF. So overall white rice has more SF than IF and brown rice has more IF than SF. Oatmeal contains about equal amounts of SF and IF once the resistant starch is taken into consideration.

Brown rice cakes cause me problems.
