Rice is it SF?       10/01/08 08:35 PM Edit Reply Quote glasgowgirl Reged: 09/01/08 Posts: 413 Loc: Vancouver, Canada Hi All I'm just getting over a nasty D attack and I'm trying to figure out how it happened. It started right after I had a plate of rice with smoked salmon for lunch. I'd also had a brown rice cake for a snack earlier on and I had some oatmeal in the morning. So I think I just had a bit to much IF.
