Take some immodium with you so you can take it after the test. Give yourself time after the test to see if your going to have a reaction before heading back on the train. A lot of the trains I travelled on in Scotland had toilet facilities - maybe the London trains do as well? Also if you go to http://www.nationalrail.co.uk/stations/ you can look up station facilities at stops along the way.
