Multi Vitamin Suggestions       09/03/08 01:33 PM Edit Reply Quote CarolynC Reged: 03/11/08 Posts: 108 Loc: Connecticut I find that vitamins make my stomach and IBS feel terrible. Sometimes even causes a bad flare up. I tried HSN vitamins because the promoter said they were gentle on the stomach. They are powder form (inside a capsule). But I still could not take them withour feeling bad. I'd really like to take a general multi vitamin.
