Questions on IBS -Green Bean and Soy bean questions???       09/03/08 11:03 AM Edit Reply Quote Unregistered I eat string green beans from frozen then microwaved- there composition is a little tough and when eaten with soluble fiber 1st, and during ,i struggle with eating them. Suggestions in general here folks if you can? I am new to IBS- SOY seems to take for ever to adapt to(I have read heathers article on soy).I struggle with soy milk still and have started ice cream soy. Question-If I let ice cream defrost and re freeze does this cause a problem with the soya bean?-I struggled to eat banana cake receipe containing the ice cream that i re-froze! JUST TO MENTION I PUT TWICE AS MUCH BAKING POWDER OR BAKING SODA IN THE CAKE MIXTURE-CONSISTANCY WAS OKAY THOUGH. Would this give IBS problems?
