I think maybe the reason nobody has answered you is because these sound like questions you need to ask your doctor.

Do you take a fiber supplement? If not, I would start - that may help regulate your bowel movements.

In regards to the reproductive stuff, it really sounds like you ought to see a gynecologist and be checked out for cysts, make sure your hormone levels are right, see if you have endometriosis, etc. IBS is a gastrointestinal disorder and does not cause problems with your reproductive system, aside from potentially making PMS worse.
