I really don't take THAT much acacia, just 3 tablespoons per day. I make sure to eat plenty of IF at my 3 main meals, and I work it into my snacks when I can. Plus I exercise EVERY day and drink a TON of water. AND I take natural calm every night. Lately I've actually been having some D... not sure if this is a weird pregnancy thing or what, since pregnancy usually causes women to be C. So I am going to start cutting back on the natural calm.

I really think my morning fruit smoothie helps a LOT - good dose of IF first thing in the morning to get things moving!
