IBS friendly vitamin supplement?       08/04/08 11:54 AM Edit Reply Quote vettech Reged: 06/08/08 Posts: 328 Loc: ME I've had a few recent tests that show slight anemia; I'm not normally anemic, and I'm sure it's because my diet has been so restricted lately. My doc recommended a supplement, but vitamins tend to upset my tum even when I'm stable. Anyone here have any luck with any multi w/ iron?
