Hi everyone, I'm just starting out and hoping to break my IBS cycle -3 days constipation, 1 day diarrhea, gas and bloating throughout.I'm trying to put together a menu for next week... oats, rice, noodles, bread, tortillas. I'm unsure about a few things...are avocados, bananas, soymilk and peanut butter safe choices?
