Breakfast-toast w bluberry jam
banana
lunch-nachos with cheesewhiz
supper-homemade pizza.

used pizza dough from book How to Eat for Ibs.
topped with chicken breast,mushrooms and homemade bbq sauce
Bbq sauce from book also minus the chipolte

SUPER YUMMY!!!MUST TRY!!!

dessert -pizza dough topped with cinnimon.sugar and then icing sugar mixed with water.
YUM!
