He does very well on Heather's plan, although we do not eat any wheat/gluten and we both are doing better as a result! Before we did this plan, DS could never eat whole strawberries. Now when he eats them I just make sure he has some rice or corn chips at the same time as well as some mango or banana - no more owie poops! Good luck, HTH! Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
