I hear ya! I 've looked at the recipe exchange but man I do not want tofu! I can't do soy either. Ican however do some dairy cooked or in little amounts so when I bake I use half milk half water.The problem is....I don't bake! I hate to cook! It's not that we eat processed food, mostly its meat veg and potatos or rice but all the recipes seem mind boggling for someone who hates to cook! Have you tried a chicken wrap? Two ways, ground chicken with a little bit of lettuce, tomato,and if you can sour cream and sprinkle of cheese.I will eat this with a bunch of pretzels.or cut up a chicken breast,spice it with Montreal chicken spice and wrap it up with either cream cheese(just a smear)or miracle whip. It's tasty and you can trick yourself into believing it's different! What about peas? or corn?I want easy food! Iwant to eat a strawberry out of my garden with no side affects!Can you eat tomatos? I've decided to try the hypno cd's.They say you can have a 90% success rate so since I'm usually ok with just the diet,when I'm not screwing up, I thought maybe I could get my life back.I don't mind the diet cause I know if I really want something I'll try it and pay but it's the anxiety and depression I need to get rid of.Even if I feel pretty good, I am still limited on where I feel I can go.Do you ever feel like that?
