Re: Angel food cake?       07/02/08 12:33 PM Edit Reply Quote Kteach84 Reged: 03/31/08 Posts: 181 Loc: MA While I cannot explain why the angel food cake bothered you, I can say that the only time I had it- it bothered me as well. My mom made it for my birthday because it is supposed to be safe. The next morning I woke up with nausea. I know it is supposed to be safe for IBS- so I think maybe I have an unrelated sensitivity to sugar.
