I was okay for one week..       06/21/08 03:28 PM Edit Reply Quote dgcap Reged: 06/06/08 Posts: 4 I've been following a strict IBS diet incorporating everything that has been said in the book " IBS THE FIRST YEAR " . I haven't had diarrhea for 1 week , its been the happiest week for as long as I can remember until today. It started with major cramps, I just don't understand, I had the exact same foods that I ate yesterday. Now after I had several trips to the washroom, i'm left with major pain on my right side. The best way to explain it is that it feels like a "bruise" type pain. I really don't understand what could have triggered this after a week of being well.
