Have you tried any ground nuts? I hadnīt heard that they were hard to digest - they are obviously recommended as part of the EFI diet, and for a long time now Iīve mixed some ground almonds into my morning porridge, which seems to be fine. Perhaps you could give them a (cautious!) try, obviously with plenty of SF!
