Flour tortillas       06/08/08 07:07 PM Edit Reply Quote mulchgirl Reged: 06/06/08 Posts: 2 Loc: Pennsylvania Hi everyone - as you can tell, I am I guess what you call a "newbie". I have had left side pain for 3 1/2 years now and my new doctor diagnosed the pain as IBS. I have been studying Heather's information for quite some time now (before my appt with my new doc), but at the doc's appt, she gave a handout on what foods to eat and not eat - and in the bread column, under foods to avoid, it read "enriched" breads or rolls. So I cross referenced it with Heather's list of Soluble food and I read that flour tortillas are ok - but when I went to the store, the only flour tortillas I could find, the ingredients started with "enriched" flour.
