I have to get it when I think I am going to have the cramping rather than once it is full blown or i have missed my window where it will work. I have also tried imodium, kaopectate, pepto bismal, NSAIDs, baclofen, flexeril, a muscle relaxer I get from canada for mentral problems (it helps some), elevil, and I found neurontin helps. I have very little success with the pain once it starts. it is so bad I can barely stand up. Luckily it isn't daily! Besides bentyl what are other anti spasmodics you all have had success with?
