Hi John, the decaf tea should be okay, but drink it carefully at first. Most people are fine with decaf teas, but they still contain tanins (I think that's the word...) which do bother some people with IBS. That's why I almost always stick to herbal teas. Have you tried Rooibis (red tea)? It's totally herbal, and is a great sub if black and green teas don't work for you! Good luck!
